Iva and her family are thrilled with their new Taylor Wimpey home after upsizing to a four-bedroom Lydford.
A desire for a larger new build home which could balance a spacious layout with a cosy setup made the Lydford home the perfect option.
They said: “We opted for a new build home because we wanted to enjoy our time with our kids and not have to worry about spending weekends repairing issues on old houses, which we’ve done in the past. We instantly fell in love with The Lydford.
“We wanted a more spacious home but weren’t after something too big, so it still has that cosy feel. My favourite part is the kitchen, my husband’s is the garage, and my girls love that they now have separate rooms. We also really appreciate the privacy, the separate driveway, and the front garden. All in all, we are really enjoying living here.”
The four-bedroom Lydford home at Taylor Wimpey’s Raveloe Gardens development features a kitchen diner, with French doors to the rear garden. A cosy lounge perfect for unwinding can be found at the front of the property, alongside a handy utility cupboard for added storage.
Upstairs, the en suite main bedroom features plenty of space and a second double bedroom. A well proportioned childrens bedroom, a converted study room and a family bathroom complete the layout.
