Family fall in love with Taylor Wimpey home in Brockworth

A family of four are thrilled with their new home after moving from Bishops Cleeve to our Perrybrook development in Brockworth.

A forever home

Craig Fenton-Musty and his family were eager to leap back onto the property ladder this year. After viewing homes that required renovations, they opted for a Taylor Wimpey new-build instead. 

The family discovered the three-bedroom Braxton home which they immediately fell in love with. Craig said: “We were renting but decided the time was right to get back on the property ladder. Originally, we were looking at houses that required renovating as a new project, however when my wife Louisa fell pregnant, a new build was the most sensible option.”

Craig also was impressed with the level of service from the Taylor Wimpey team: “Sam and Rachel in the sales team were amazing. Their communication was excellent, and they were always on-hand to answer any questions. The team was very understanding of our situation with my wife being heavily pregnant, so the team went out of their way to make the moving process as smooth as possible. Craig and Louisa, who moved into their new home in March, were impressed with the quality and location of their Taylor Wimpey home. Craig said: “We love the character of the Braxton, it’s spacious and stylish, and after looking at other new build sites, we found Taylor Wimpey homes had the best quality and finish. The bedrooms in the Braxton really sold it to us, as each one includes a fantastic layout meaning our five month old Arlo has plenty of room.” 

As well as finding their dream home, Craig and Louisa have also found a community to call home, Craig added: “The sense of community within the neighbourhood is really strong. As soon as we arrived we received a card congratulating us on the move and our newborn baby which was a highlight for us.”
