The family chose the Garrton house type, a large three storey detached home with a garage.
As well as boasting five bedrooms, the home has three bathrooms in total, as well as a downstairs cloakroom, kitchen/diner, lounge and separate study.
Melissa commented: “I love the house being spread across three floors - it feels really spacious for us as a family. The main bedroom is a great, big size and comes with a walk-in wardrobe and large ensuite bathroom, which really appealed to us.”
Melissa, who is a Medical Secretary and Emergency Department Flow Coordinator, thinks the development has many attractive qualities.
“I love that the wider development is not too big, and that there are open fields nearby when I can walk our dog. Orchard Chase is also in a wonderful location, within walking distance of my gym, children's school, and local shops. It also provides quick access to the A1. Whilst we weren’t too concerned about location when searching for our new home, we’ve realised since moving into just how convenient it is.
“We're also excited for the development park to open, which the kids are very excited about and like that the area feels very open, and homes are not too clustered together.”
Commenting on their experience of buying a home with us, Melissa added: “We had a good experience with Taylor Wimpey, the sales office were great at communicating any delays or issues. We love our new home!”
