The perfect home

Julie’s journey began with a desire to downsize, seeking a property that required minimal upkeep. Despite initial doubts, a meeting with the sales team at The Orangery left Julie impressed and ultimately led her to the decision to reserve the Mandarin apartment.

Julie said that when considering buying a new-build property that she never could imagine it would be within her reach. Julie said: "After exploring options and meeting with the sales team at Taylor Wimpey, everything changed. The prospect of owning a property that didn't need any work was music to my ears.”

The decision to choose us over other developers was influenced by several factors. Julie said: "Taylor Wimpey met all of my requirements - the size, the location, and the price was much better too. Additionally, the connection to the site, formerly the Robertson's Jam Factory, held personal significance for me as my mum had worked there for several years.”

When deciding which house type to go for, Julie chose The Mandarin apartment and said: “The quality throughout the whole apartment is very impressive, it’s bright and airy and impeccably finished. It feels really spacious which is great. I also love the location and the view from the windows and Juliet balcony is beautiful.”

Speaking about the team, Julie said: "Julia and Gillian were with me every step of the way. The team's knowledge and guidance made the process seamless and stress-free. I would also like to mention the site manager Simon, whose dedication to perfection definitely left a lasting impression on me.”
