Retiree looks to the future with her new and modern apartment at Riverside Mill

A retiree has purchased her one bedroom apartment at our Riverside Mill development in Worcester Park, and is feeling right at home.

Parvenah Khallaveh, 66, got the keys for her new home at the development in October 2022, and was immediately impressed by the low maintenance, modern and comfortable feel of her own personal space.

Parvenah said: “As I’ve recently retired, I wanted to prioritise finding myself a property that will allow me to unwind and relax with minimum fuss, and really enjoy my own personal space, so I’m really grateful to have found all these things at Riverside Mill.”

Parvenah added: “My apartment is in a quiet area, which I appreciate, and one of my favourite features is the woodland-facing balcony, where I’m sure I’m going to while away plenty of hours doing what I want to do in a really pleasant way.

“In today’s society, it’s important to live in modern surroundings, and another big plus during my decision process was the appeal of the cutting-edge apartment I ended up with, complete with outstanding interior decoration and modern furnishings.”

Speaking on her buying experience with Taylor Wimpey, Parvenah concludes: “The sales team played their part in making what can be a very challenging time extremely smooth, as they showed great understanding of my situation despite the fact the sale of my old house fell through not once but twice. 

“First time around, Taylor Wimpey gave me extra time to complete my sale after I notified them of the issue. Second time lucky for me, as they were able to offer me my first choice flat with the same offer which I had in place before when the sale finally went through, which I really appreciated.”
