First-ever Cliffe Fest Family Fun Day brings joy to King’s Cliffe thanks to Taylor Wimpey

As part of its commitment to working in partnership with local communities, Taylor Wimpey East Midlands has sponsored £500 to the overall running of the first-ever Cliffe Fest Family Fun Day in King’s Cliffe, Lincolnshire. The event took place at KC Active, in King’s Cliffe on Saturday 21st September, and was a day filled with activities for the whole family.
At the event, which over 1,000 people attended, visitors enjoyed a range of entertainment and activities including live bands, pony riding, a kid’s disco, a dog show and a spitfire fly over, all organised by the King's Cliffe Endowed Primary School and KC Active.
Commenting on the support received from Taylor Wimpey East Midlands, Katie Wrynn, Vice Chair of King's Cliffe Endowed Schools PFA, said: “We’d like to say a huge thank you to Taylor Wimpey for their generous support of Cliffe Fest Family Fun Day. The event was hugely successful, and we are happy to be able to bring so much joy to King’s Cliffe.
“Our community is amazing and we are all very supportive of each other. There is a lot of effort that goes into making our village fantastic and we are happy that Cliffe Fest Family Day 2019 could add to that wonderful community spirit.”
