Taylor Wimpey Consultation – Swallows Keep at Branston Locks

Taylor Wimpey is pleased to share its proposals for Swallows Keep at Branston Locks. We are preparing two planning applications which will deliver approximately 359 homes, alongside new public realm and green infrastructure. We will also deliver the Local Centre, which will provide space for retail, including a shop and cafe, along with a residential care home.


Our vision is to continue on the successes of previous phases at Branston Locks where residents can thrive, working with East Staffordshire Borough Council to deliver high-quality, energy efficient homes that meet the needs of local residents.

We hosted a public exhibition event at Burton Rugby Football Club on Wednesday 23rd April 2025.
