Meet Geeta, Steve and Karen, our friendly sales team at Mindenhurst.Here to help you with all your needs, this team has over 50 years of experience in housebuilding between them and are experts in ensuring that no matter your situation, they can help you through the process of buying your dream home.
Karen is an integral part of our team, having joined us in 2005. Always a people person, she decided to follow a career with Taylor Wimpey after building her own home.
Karen said: “I love selling houses and meeting different people every day. The most rewarding part of the job for me is completing a sale and seeing the customers’ faces light up when they achieve their dream.”
Steve has been with us almost as long as Karen, having joined in 2006 following a career in property development.
His advice to anyone considering a new home is not to be daunted by the process. He said: “Just come and talk to us, as we will try our hardest to find the right property and make things work for you.”
Geeta only joined Taylor Wimpey in 2024 but has worked in new build property sales for over a decade. She loves helping customers find their dream home.

His dedication to craftsmanship and attention to detail have been recognised with two consecutive NHBC Pride in the Job Quality Awards, in 2023 and 2024, for his outstanding work on our Stanhope Gardens site in Aldershot.
Tristan said: “Being part of the Mindenhurst project has been a fantastic experience.

We welcome Deepcut pupils for tour of new development
Deepcut pupils got a first hand view of construction at a housing development close to their school when they were given a tour by the sales and site teams.
We invited a group of children from Lakeside Nursery and Primary Academy to visit our show homes at Mindenhurst as a thank you for taking part in a competition to design a flag for the development.
The school is part of the new community, and the brief for the flag was ‘What I love about Mindenhurst’. Pupils came up with a wide range of colourful entries and the top prizes were shared by sisters Maria and Sofia, whose designs now adorn the flag in front of the sales office.
Some of the pupils who took part in the competition visited our show homes on 17th March for a tour. Our site team explained how we build new homes and the children then got to plant some summer bulbs in the sales office garden.
Sam Armstrong, Headteacher at Lakeside Nursery and Primary Academy, said: “Our children thoroughly enjoyed taking part in the flag competition and were excited to showcase what they love about our local area. They were fascinated to learn how a new housing development is built, they loved looking around the show home and they came away inspired by the experience.”
Sarah Pasco, Sales and Marketing Director at Taylor Wimpey West London, said: “The school is a key part of the new Mindenhurst community so we were always keen to support them once we started on site.
“We challenged the children to show us what they love about Mindenhurst and they impressed us with their beautiful designs - it was really difficult to pick a winner. It was a pleasure to meet some of the children who took part and we loved hearing their questions about how homes are built. I think we might have inspired some future housebuilders.
“Supporting wildlife across our developments is a top priority so it was also lovely to see the children planting some bulbs in our sales office garden. We hope they will come back in the summer to see them in full bloom.”

We helped an Aldershot school carry out its much-needed car park renovations
We helped Talavera Junior School kick-start a long-awaited project to revitalise its car park.The school needed to carry out the work to create additional space in the car park due to an increase in staff.
The plans included resurfacing, new parking spaces, new fencing and road markings, to provide more spaces for staff, visitors and parents.
The renovation works were completed in October 2025, following our £500 donation dedicated to the project.

“It is important teachers, parents and visitors can easily access school grounds and having seen the renovations complete we’re really pleased we could help towards the project.”
