Hampton Magna

We have submitted an outline planning application for a new development of up to 360 new homes on the northern edge of Hampton Magna.

The site is being promoted for development through the emerging South Warwickshire Local Plan, and we are developing our proposals alongside this.

Our plans include up to 50% affordable housing, including homes for social rent and shared ownership properties aimed at first time buyers, and a range of community facilities and public open space.

All feedback we received during our public consultation was considered and we have now submitted an outline planning application to Warwick District Council. The application can be found on the council’s planning portal under reference W/25/1777
