With great transport links, Lairds Gardens is well placed for those looking to commute for work. Both Kilmarnock and Kilmaurs train stations are nearby.  Not far from Kilmarnock, our development is well served with local amenities.

The masterplan has a main road connecting our development to the wider community.  Residents will be able to enjoy 2 areas of public open space with paths connecting to the wider community as well as a play area for children.
