We support Telford Junior Ice Hockey Club with Christmas raffle donation
We have donated a PlayStation to Telford Junior Ice Hockey Club (TJIHC) as part of the club’s Christmas raffle, helping to raise vital funds to support young ice hockey players across the region.TJIHC is a junior ice hockey club affiliated with the Telford Tigers, offering opportunities for boys and girls aged from five through to 18 years old. The club plays a key role in developing young talent while promoting teamwork, confidence and a lifelong love of sport.
Our donation is the main prize of the raffle, with all proceeds going directly to the junior club to support coaching, equipment and ongoing development costs. The winner will be announced on the 28th of December, during the final game of the Christmas Cup.

Taylor Wimpey supports Mental Health Awareness Week
Taylor Wimpey North Midlands has made a £200 donation to men's mental health charity, Primal Instincts, in support of Mental Health Awareness Week.
The donation has been put to good use and has provided some much needed relief for the club by covering general and maintenance costs for the group.
Mental Health Awareness Week, which took place on 12th - 18th May, aims to create communities that encourage open discussions about mental health.
Having opened its doors in 2023, the men's mental health charity continues its vital work, providing opportunities for men in and around Telford to share their stories, gain new skills and build positive connections.

We gifted an outdoor library to Telford Hall Care Home
Taylor Wimpey North Midlands has proudly gifted an outdoor library and a selection of books to Telford Hall Care Home.
The donation aims to make popular stories and tales more accessible to encourage a love of reading.
The free-to-use library was recently installed at Telford Hall Care Home, where residents can now take a book to read or leave one behind for others to enjoy.
Placed in a shared outdoor area, the library is accessible at any time offering a dedicated space for the entire Telford Hall Care Home community to engage with literature.
Porsche Grillo, Care Home Manager at Telford Hall Care Home, said: “We’re absolutely thrilled with our wonderful outdoor library. It has already proven to be a fantastic addition to our facility and is encouraging residents to spend more time outdoors, connect with each other, and with stories. The winner of our Community Chest competition in Lawley
Taylor Wimpey North Midlands has donated £500 to Lawley Scout Group as part of its Community Chest competition in Lawley.
Building new homes at our Hayford Grange development we invited residents in and around Lawley to vote for a local cause or charity to receive a helping hand.
Having received the most nominations, Lawley Scout Group was selected as the winner of the £500 donation.
Jaimie Ramsay, Group Lead at Lawley Scout Group, said: “We are incredibly grateful to Taylor Wimpey for this donation and to all those that nominated us in the competition. The donation has provided much needed relief for our group. It was lovely to meet the team at Hayford Grange and to be able to thank them personally for such a kind donation.”
