Meet the Award-Winning Expert Behind Tower Woods
When choosing a new home, quality and craftsmanship are often among the most important considerations. At Tower Woods, customers can take confidence in knowing that their new home is being delivered under the guidance of one of the UK's most highly respected Site Managers, Daren Clark.Daren has recently been recognised with a prestigious NHBC Pride in the Job 2026 Quality Award, one of the house-building industry's highest accolades. Awarded by the National House-Building Council (NHBC), the honour celebrates site managers who demonstrate outstanding standards in build quality, attention to detail, leadership and customer care.
Often referred to as the 'Oscars' of the house-building industry, Pride in the Job is one of the most respected awards in UK house building. Following extensive inspections and assessments across thousands of developments nationwide, only a select number of site managers receive recognition each year, placing Daren among the top performers in the country.
What makes this achievement even more remarkable is that it marks Daren's 22nd Pride in the Job award, highlighting a career built on consistency, professionalism and an unwavering commitment to quality. For homebuyers at Tower Woods, this recognition offers reassurance that quality remains at the heart of the development. From the earliest stages of construction through to completion, Daren and his team work to ensure every home is built to the high standards customers expect from Taylor Wimpey.
Commenting on his latest award, Daren said:
"I am delighted to have received another NHBC Quality Award and to be recognised among the UK's top site managers again.
