About the development
Site Plan
The development has been designed to hug the woodland on the boundary with Kents Hill Park and so the eastern side of the development has a greener outlook with mature trees and hedgerow to enjoy. Bronze Park is on an incline which provides unique gardens and many interesting viewpoints - some of which being amongst the trees.
The western side and entrance to the development overlooks the schools and Open University, giving it a community feel.

This award honours the dedication from site managers and their developments, placing them in the top 5% of site managers in the UK.
Rob Parker said: “We are delighted to have received this award. The whole team is passionate about delivering high quality homes and it’s amazing to see that our hard work has been rewarded. And to be recognised as one of the top site managers in the country is an amazing achievement.”
Kevin Salisbury, Production Director at Taylor Wimpey South Midlands, said: “We have always been committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer service, and our continued recognition as an NHBC award-winning homebuilder reflects that dedication. This award is thoroughly deserved, and we’re incredibly proud of Rob and the team at Bronze Park.”
Buglife and Kents Hill Park Primary visit
Pupils at Kents Hill Park Primary School were invited to the development to learn about the importance of sustainability in nature and take part in several engaging and educational activities.Representatives from Buglife, the only organisation in Europe which is devoted to the conservation of all invertebrates, were on hand to teach pupils how to make their very own pollinator garden with a planter, peat free compost and a selection of seeds. The pupils also learned how bird boxes were made and played a game of bug bingo.
Hannah Ablitt, Senior Assistant Headteacher at Kents Hill Park Primary School, said: “We were delighted when Taylor Wimpey invited us to visit its Bronze Park development for a sustainability session. The Buglife team were amazing and the pupils had a fantastic time learning about pollinators and how bird boxes were made. On behalf of everyone at the school, I’d like to thank Taylor Wimpey and Buglife for putting together an insightful visit for our children.”
Paul Hetherington, Director of Fundraising and Communications at Buglife, said: “The next generation has a crucial part to play in sustainability, so it’s always great when we get the opportunity to teach them about the importance of pollinators. The pupils were thoroughly engaged and it was fantastic to see them getting stuck into the various activities on the day.”
On the day, Tom Densham, Sustainability Champion at Taylor Wimpey South Midlands, also delivered a presentation where he explained to the pupils what features are in place to make sure that local wildlife is considered at Bronze Park. He explained how the development would eventually be home to hedgehog highways, ponds, beebricks and bug hotels.
He said: “We had a fantastic day with the children, sharing our plans for Bronze Park and how several items will be installed to provide safe spaces for wildlife in and around the development. The pupils asked lots of questions and jumped at the chance to get hands on with the Buglife team when it came to filling the planters and packing the bird boxes. We hope they had a wonderful day and went home to share what they’d learnt with friends and family.”
Design a flag competition
Children at Kents Hill Park Primary have been busy putting their creative skills to the test by designing flags to welcome residents and visitors to our new Bronze Park development.
Our team challenged pupils at the school - which is situated opposite Bronze Park - to design its new welcome flags, with the winners having the opportunity to see their designs come to life and be installed at the development.
The winners, Natalie Lightfoot from year five and Hanna Elashram from year six, both received £50 Amazon vouchers as a prize. Natalie’s bold design was chosen for its detail, with our Sales Team loving her innovative creation and reference to the well-known wooden statue of a boy and girl back to back on a roundabout next to the school. Hanna’s design was selected for its originality, with the team praising the vibrant green colour scheme, the beautiful tree and the cat that featured on the swing.
"The fun flag design competition was a brilliant opportunity for our pupils to showcase their developing creative skills and we couldn’t be prouder of Natalie and Hanna for their winning designs. We’d like to thank Taylor Wimpey for thinking of us when setting up the competition!" Hannah Draper, Deputy Headteacher.
Defibrillator donations
With the recent completion of various new homes developments in the South Midlands region, we have donated three public access defibrillators (PAD's) to Community Heartbeat Trust, a charity which aims to help and support communities in the correct provision of defibrillators. These will now be placed in several accessible locations within Milton Keynes.
Angela Price, Volunteer for the Community Heartbeat Trust, said: “We can’t thank Taylor Wimpey and the BHF enough for this kind donation. I got involved with Community Heartbeat Trust (CHT) a few years ago following the tragic loss of my son to a sudden cardiac arrest, it was completely unexpected as he was just 18 years old.
The Community Heartbeat Trust helps support individuals and community groups in the attainment, siting, maintenance, use and emergency access of defibrillators for the local community. Even though we hope they aren’t used often, it is reassuring to know that they can be accessed in the event of an emergency and hopefully save somebody’s life.”
A defibrillator is a portable device that can be used by anyone to help restart the heart when someone suffers from a cardiac arrest and has stopped breathing. No specific training is needed and the device will only deliver a shock to the heart if necessary. When someone has a cardiac arrest, every second counts. For every minute that passes without defibrillation and CPR the chances of survival decrease by around ten per cent. This initiative on donating PADs begun in 2019 with the British Heart Foundation and Taylor Wimpey and is something we will continue to do so.
Family falls in love with Bronze Park
Monica, Isaiah, and their family instantly fell in love with our Bronze Park development. Monica told us: “The serene environment was a big factor. Bronze Park is surrounded by trees and fresh air, offering peace and tranquillity while still being close to Milton Keynes train station, Kingston Centre, and good schools for our kids. It’s a family-friendly area where kids can thrive.”
Monica and Isaiah made the move with their children into the spacious three-bedroom Eynsford, which has the perfect mix of sociable and private spaces, ideal for families similar to theirs. The couple loved the open-plan kitchen and dining space, and they even noted it as a major selling point for them. Isaiah said: “It’s bright, spacious, and perfect for family life, our favourite part of the home.
“We loved the family-friendly design. The living room at the front is ideal for entertaining, and the downstairs layout includes a generous cloakroom and a separate utility room. These thoughtful features make the home practical and spacious.”

Mother-Daughter Duo fall in love with their apartment
Faye (37), her daughter Maicie (13), Misty the cat, and Harmony the hamster recently made their move to a two-bedroom apartment at Bronze Park in Kents Hill, Milton Keynes.
Faye knew exactly what she wanted in her next home and found it with Taylor Wimpey. She explained: “After living in Woburn Downs, I was keen to look for new builds in the nearby area as I wanted to stay close to what I knew, having only moved to Milton Keynes from Kent two years ago. However, having not lived in an apartment before, I was also looking for a small development in a quiet neighbourhood.
“I specifically looked for somewhere that had EV charging or the ability to easily install this, as I drive approximately 70 miles a day with work and the school run, so being able to easily charge my car is important to me. At Bronze Park, it’s so convenient to get everywhere. I'm a regular user of the A5 for school runs, which is just five minutes away, and the City Centre is only a further 10 to 15-minute drive away. ”
With a firm idea of what she was searching for, Faye discovered the Bronze Park development in Kents Hill. Faye said: “I viewed the property and site numerous times before committing. Every time, it felt peaceful, welcoming, and so visually appealing.
“I also liked the fact that there will be a shop at the development, which will give my daughter some independence as she gets older and give me peace of mind that she’s safe within the development!”
The mother and daughter duo selected a Brinklow apartment, a two-bedroom, two-bathroom property. Faye said: “The feel is very spacious, everyone comments on how lovely the entrance hallway is as soon as they enter. I love the high-quality specification, from the radiators to the kitchen cupboards and the large windows, it has a very light but cosy feel.
“I picked this specific apartment for the view, and on our second night, we watched the lights from the MK Bowl light up the sky.”
Faye and Maicie are now happily moved in and enjoying their new space and surroundings. Faye added: “It's been the best fresh start that I needed in a city that I still do not know very well. The few neighbours we have met so far have been very welcoming.”
Faye also credits the Taylor Wimpey team for helping her and her daughter with their move during an exciting, but busy, period of change in their life. “It was pleasantly smooth and quick. Taylor Wimpey also added 5% to my deposit, which was so helpful. The sales team recommended solicitors to me, I picked one local to Milton Keynes, which turned out to be a blessing, with moving things along quickly and getting all the physical signing done without relying on the post.
“The sales team, including Debbie, Jo, and Maria, were amazing and patient. I was navigating a change, and saw the development and apartments numerous times before committing. They were never once pushy and made me feel so welcome when trying to get my head around it all.”
