Paul’s journey to finding his dream home began unexpectedly during a skiing trip with a friend. Paul recalls: “During that trip, I began to think about moving closer to Cheshire. I’d always wanted a townhouse, and when I saw Taylor Wimpey’s developments, I fell in love with their 3-storey designs. I initially found a home in Nantwich that almost fit the bill but decided to look further afield to find something mortgage-free. That’s when pure chance led me to Sleaford, where my sister lives.”
In Sleaford, he found Newton Park. Paul said: “From the moment I spoke to Roxanne, the Sales Executive, I knew I was in good hands and she delivered on every promise. The figures worked, and the home offered everything I was looking for - a fresh start and the space I needed to create new memories.”
At Newton Park, Paul discovered the 3 bedroom Braxton, one of the most popular designs at the development, combining three floors of thoughtfully designed living space, making it an ideal choice for a wide range of buyers. Paul shares: “The layout of the Braxton is phenomenal. When we looked around the showhome my family and I were amazed by the space on the top floor, where the main bedroom and en-suite feel like a self-contained retreat. The middle floor offers two genuinely good-sized bedrooms and a family bathroom. And the kitchen-dining area on the ground floor has the perfect wow factor, especially with my chosen upgrades. The utility space is practical and quiet when the door is shut - a little detail that makes a big difference.”
Paul praised the Taylor Wimpey team for their exceptional service. Paul said: “The entire team at Taylor Wimpey has been exceptional. Roxanne was exemplary - she’s the ‘shop window’ of the business and set a standard of honesty and professionalism that made the process seamless. Ruth, the Site Manager, was dynamite! She went above and beyond, even sharing photos of my home as it was being built. Her attention to detail is reflected in the quality of the build.
Now settled into his new home, Paul is enjoying life at Newton Park. Paul said: “Now that I’ve moved in, I’m thoroughly impressed. The few snags I’ve found have been minor, and the on-site team is unobtrusive and respectful. Moving into a Taylor Wimpey home has been the fresh start I needed, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. It’s not just the house - it’s the people who make the difference, and Taylor Wimpey has got it right.”
