Our proposals include approximately 179 new homes, 30% of which will be affordable housing. Our proposed development will include a wide mix of 3 & 4 bedroom homes that will be perfect for young couples and families.
Our proposed development at Blindwells will deliver a thoughtfully designed neighbourhood that supports the wider vision for this new community. The wider masterplan brings together high‑quality homes, attractive landscaping and well‑connected streets to create a safe, welcoming place for people at all life stages.
