Taylor Wimpey is progressing a Reserved Matters Planning Application for Land at Watmore Lane, Winnersh after outline permission for up to 234 homes was granted on appeal in March 2024.
Taylor Wimpey hosted a public exhibition on Friday 19th July 2024, to present its detailed proposals for the new homes at the site to the local community. A copy of the exhibition boards can be downloaded here.
All comments were reviewed and our updated proposals were submitted to the Council on the 29th January 2026. The Reserved Matters Applications and updated proposals can be viewed on the Council’s website.
