Worcester charity wins our Community Chest competition
Leisure therapy centre Worcester Snoezelen has been awarded a £500 donation from our West Midlands team after being announced as the winner of our Community Chest competition.
Founded over 30 years ago, Worcester Snoezelen provides a caring and supportive environment for those with specialist needs and their families. Run by both staff and volunteers, Worcester Snoezelen provides a range of services including sensory rooms, a hydro pool, play activities and yoga.
Jane Roberts-Wilkes, Chief Officer at Worcester Snoezelen said: “We are so pleased to be chosen as the winner of Taylor Wimpey’s Community Chest competition, and we would like to thank everyone who nominated us for the donation.
“Our staff work tirelessly to create a safe and welcoming environment for our visitors, as well as the best services and facilities. As a charity, we are reliant on donations and volunteers, so we are extremely grateful to Taylor Wimpey for their support.”
We unveil sustainable garden in Worcester
