We contribute to Nailsea church renovation project

Our Bristol team has donated £500 towards renovation works at Christ Church in Nailsea, which is close to our Netherton Grange development

Supporting local communities

The works include a major re-working of the building, with the Victorian pews being replaced with chairs and the floor being levelled off. 

It is hoped that by completing these works, the church will be more accessible for use by local groups and disabled people in the community. 
Brian Slater, a Parishioner of Christ Church, said: “We are very grateful to Taylor Wimpey for this donation. 

“We are looking forward to welcoming more people and groups to the church once the works have been completed and this donation from Taylor Wimpey Bristol will go a long way to helping us ensure our space is accessible for all.” 

Rob Curry, Sales and Marketing Director at Taylor Wimpey Bristol, said: “We are delighted to be making this contribution to Christ Church in Nailsea. 

“As a business, we are always looking for opportunities to help in the communities surrounding our developments wherever possible, so we are very pleased we are able to assist in the renovation of the Church.”

Our donation to Christ Church in Nailsea is a part of wider contributions towards community facilities, causes and infrastructure.
