Anyone can join at anytime!

Local non-profit Lil is co-ordinating the clean-up from Berwick upon Tweed to Edinburgh, thanks to our support.

“Anyone can join in, at any time that suits you,” Lil director Louise Hastie said. “We like the idea of doing a quick ‘Clean for the Queen’.”

“To take part, we ask that groups, households, dog walkers or friends just add a marker on our easy-to-use online map, which ensures we have a good spread of litter picks along the coast and shows how many of us love to do our Lil bit.

“We’d also encourage groups who are not near a beach to join in. Our drains, waterways, all these routes lead to the sea, so you can still do your bit for the coast even if you’re not at the beach.”
