First Time Buyer purchases Taylor Wimpey home at East Hollinsfield

Social Worker Adebowale (Debo) Adetoyi (26), takes one step closer to moving from his parents’ home in Openshaw after purchasing a property at Taylor Wimpey’s East Hollinsfield development in Middleton.

When asked why he opted for a new build home, Debo gave numerous reasons such as the properties being more reliable, modern and environmentally friendly.

Further to this, Debo chose to purchase a Taylor Wimpey home as the housebuilder had also successfully handled his brother’s first home purchase. The incentives that Taylor Wimpey had to offer as well as the warranty also gave him peace of mind during the buying process.

In response to what he thought of the buying process, Debo said: “The Taylor Wimpey sales team were great from the first day I visited the sales centre at East Hollinsfield; they were welcoming, informative and paid attention to my own perceived limitations, advising ways around them. They also pointed me in the direction of a great Independent Financial Advisor.”
Debo is due to move into a three bedroom Dadford house type, which is an ideal home for first time buyers. The lounge with dining area has French doors which open to the rear garden and the kitchen to the front has space for a small breakfast table. There are two double bedrooms plus a third which could easily be adapted into a home office, so you have some flexibility as well as additional space.

When asked about his first impression of the development, Debo said: “The development is amazing, it’s a really nice neighbourhood. I very much appreciated the incentives that Taylor Wimpey provides its customers and how communicative the staff are and their attention to detail - they were always readily available to answer any questions I had and made me and my family feel very welcome.”
