As part of our ongoing commitment to working with the local community, we have donated road safety equipment to pupils at Bearwood Primary and Nursery School in Bournemouth, in support of Road Safety Week 2023.

Supporting our communities

The national awareness week, which took place from 20th to 26th of November 2023, is designed to educate children, young people and parents about the dangers on roads and provide steps to help keep children stay safe near roads and help prevent deaths and injuries.

The donation from ourselves included versatile light clips suitable for bikes, scooters, or backpacks, enhancing visibility during darker hours. Also provided were walking ropes to assist in keeping children together and ensuring safe walking practices, especially when crossing roads.

We hope that our donation will help to encourage the children to lead a healthy lifestyle, while staying safe when walking near roads.”
