Enhancing physical and mental development

We partnered with the school’s Friends group to fund the popular addition to the playground, which not only encourages active and physical play but also gets children to think safely and critically, building physical strength, motor skills, and coordination.

Thomas Cutts, Headteacher at Weston Village Primary School, said: “We are very grateful to Taylor Wimpey for funding our fantastic climbing wall. It’s a highlight of our outdoor area and children of all ages enjoy playing traversing games at playtimes, as well as during our before and after school club.”

Jennifer Burns, Sales and Marketing Director at Taylor Wimpey North West, said: “We were delighted to be able to support Weston Village Primary School and recognise the important role that schools play in our local communities. We hope that the climbing wall will provide a fun and challenging activity for the pupils for many years to come.”
