School pupil designs flag for new development in Church Gresley

Children at St George’s CE Primary School in Church Gresley have been testing their creative skills by designing a flag to welcome visitors to our Gresley Meadow development.

We challenged pupils to design a flag for the development, with the winner, Hermione, getting to see her design come to life. Hermione also received a £50 Amazon voucher as a prize for winning the competition. 

Kim Millar, Headteacher at St George’s CE Primary School, said: “We’re all so proud of Hermione. We are really pleased with all the children’s designs, and we’ve all had a great time taking part in the competition. We’d like to thank Taylor Wimpey for asking us to be a part of the new Gresley Meadow development.”
