Feeling right at home

The couple, who live in a three-bedroom Coltford home on the development, both commute to London for work and have expressed their delight at the development’s close proximity to Luton Railway Station.

They said: “We’re really enjoying living in our new home at Barnfield Place, we love our kitchen and back garden and have been really impressed by the overall quality of construction. 

“We decided to move here as it’s a good place to live, whilst still being able to commute easily to London. It’s got great transport links - with it being so close to the railway station - nearby schools, and it’s in a quiet and peaceful area.”

Commenting on their decision to purchase a new build, the couple said: “For us, buying a new build made sense, as unlike with an older home, we didn’t have to worry about repairing or upgrading anything - it was all ready and waiting for us when we moved in.”
