Production Director Dean visits former college to give careers talk to Colchester students

Earlier this month, our London Production Director Dean Wingfield visited his former college in Colchester during National Apprenticeship Week to give students an insight into careers in the construction industry.

Inspiring our future generations

Dean returned to Colchester Institute on 8th February 2024 to share with the students his invaluable knowledge and expertise gained from years of experience in the construction sector. 

The presentation covered a wide range of topics aimed at empowering the next generation of construction professionals. Students had the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of various topics such as women in construction, career paths, toolbox talks, health and safety culture and risk assessments.
