Inspiring our future generations
Dean returned to Colchester Institute on 8th February 2024 to share with the students his invaluable knowledge and expertise gained from years of experience in the construction sector.
The presentation covered a wide range of topics aimed at empowering the next generation of construction professionals. Students had the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of various topics such as women in construction, career paths, toolbox talks, health and safety culture and risk assessments.
