Providing comfort and functionality

After getting engaged in May 2022, Julian Saez Vilaseca and Caroline Tomaszewska knew that they wanted to become homeowners and went on a journey to find their perfect home.
Anderton Green's appealing amenities, green spaces, accessibility to the city centre and excellent transport links played a significant role in the couple’s decision.
Caroline said: "We came across the Anderton Green development in St Helens, and found that it provided a great commute both via car and train to Manchester, and also to Manchester Airport. With the prices being much more convenient and reasonable, it seemed the perfect fit for us.
“We love that the development is really convenient for our lives. We not only have a supermarket just a three-minute walk away, but we’re also so close to the city centre, local parks, and the train station, which makes it an ideal location for us.”

The couple chose a Braxton house type, with three bedrooms providing the comfort and functionality that they desired.
Julian said: "We wanted a home that's not just nice to look at, but also smart with energy. We were impressed by the Braxton’s features; especially the storage space, the spacious top floor, and the convenient cloakroom on the ground floor. Their focus on energy efficiency also clicked with us and we were happy to hear that we will have a cosy house during winters without costing us a fortune.”
The process of buying with Taylor Wimpey was seamless and stress-free for Julian and Caroline.
Caroline said: "Taylor Wimpey guided us through every step, making the entire buying process easy and straightforward. Our concerns were addressed, and our journey to homeownership was smoother than we could have imagined.”
