Wellington Paddocks
Already living in Deal, the family were searching for a larger home with space for them to grow. Sammie explains: “Our decision to choose Wellington Paddocks was driven by its fantastic location. Sammie says: “The spacious rooms and natural light really attracted us to the Wellington. We also loved the attractive curb appeal of the landscaped front. The front room and kitchen diner make entertaining a joy, and the bedrooms are a great size.”
Having roots in Deal, Sammie was keen to remain in the town but wanted to find a home that wouldn’t require extensive renovations. Sammie said: “I was keen on staying in the town but struggled to find a property that didn't require modernising or building work. When we came across the new build homes at Wellington Paddocks, we knew we’d found the right option for us. The energy efficiency of a new build and the two year warranty gave us peace of mind and the convenience of being able to move in quickly was a significant bonus.”
