    Taylor Wimpey and consortium partners Barratt/David Wilson Homes and Miller Homes have planning permission for a new residential development of 979 new homes on land at Highfields Farm, to the south and west of Hollybrook Way, Portico Road and Bowbank Close, Derby.

    Taylor Wimpey will be building 329 of these homes. We will provide a number of contributions towards the local community as part of our proposed development, including towards education, community facilities, affordable housing, highways and public transport improvements, health and green infrastructure.
