Welcome to Parc LlandafWe are hosting a new phase launch event on Saturday 15th November
Taylor Wimpey South Wales launched the third phase of homes, Yr Rhodfa, at its Parc Llandaf development on Saturday, November 15, from 12pm - 4pm.
Parc Llandaf is just a short walk from Llandaff and features modern detached homes, three-storey bespoke townhouses and two-bedroom apartments, making it suitable for families and professionals.
The launch event invited prospective buyers to tour the Dale show home and discuss available properties with the sales team. A special highlight included local resident, Louise Williams, a former Great British Bake Off contestant, who baked festive treats in the show home kitchen.
"I really enjoyed bringing the community together," said Louise. "Guests enjoyed baked goods and mulled wine whilst exploring the showhome."
This phase has added 49 homes, including a mix of three, four, and five-bedroom properties, including five new house types such as the 3-bedroom Braxton and 4-bedroom Elliston.
Kate Lacey, Sales, Marketing and Customer Service Director for Taylor Wimpey South Wales, commented: "We're delighted to have launched this third phase. The varied mix of high-specification homes offers something for first-time buyers, families, upsizers, and downsizers alike."

Broadcasting House was the headquarters of BBC Cymru Wales' radio, television and online services, situated in on the north-side of Llantrisant Road. It opened to staff in 1966 before a royal opening by Princess Margaret a year later.
Designed by the Merthyr Tydfil-born architect Dale Owen, the building's modern style was defined by its white concrete and sharp angles. Dale Owen was a leading figure in the Welsh architectural scene, who was heavily influenced by practices in the United States. Although he was born in Merthyr Tydfil in 1924, he attended Whitchurch Grammar School and went on to study at the Welsh School of Architecture in 1941.
Prompted by outdated and unreliable technology at its existing premises in Llandaff, in August 2013 the BBC announced that the sites would be sold as part of its plans to relocate to a new purpose-built broadcasting headquarters at Central Square. This relocation in 2020 was part of one of the biggest urban regeneration projects in Cardiff’s history. The sale and release of the sites for the proposed alternative use was important to the delivery of this relocation project and retention of BBC Wales in Cardiff City Centre.
Ty Oldfield lies on the south side of Llantrisant Road. This was originally built as a Home Economics College between 1955 and 1965 on fields alongside The Rookwood House Northern Lodge, which was built as part of the Rookwood Estate, a Gothic Mansion dated back to 1866.
The second phase of television studios at Broadcasting House took place in the 1970s, requiring the demolition of Baynton House in 1975. The grounds also included the original outdoor set for the S4C drama Pobl y Cwm. In 1986 the BBC bought University College Cardiff's School of Home Economics across Llantrisant Road and created a new administration, finance and archive block, renaming it Tŷ Oldfield as a tribute to former controller Alun Oldfield-Davies.
