The development plans to provide around 300 new homes with a mix of styles to appeal to a wide range of buyers which will be within an attractive landscape setting.
The development will provide generous public open space connected by green networks that include new pedestrian and cycle links, as well as pocket parks and an equipped play area for the enjoyment of the new and existing community. There will also be the provision of a new community space as well as the associated infrastructure required for a development of this scale.

In addition, through engagement with the Community Council, approximately five acres of land at Briarcroft will be transferred from Taylor Wimpey to the community. This will help facilitate a range of new community uses including a garden, exercise area and memorial. We have also agreed to provide safe crossing points over Robroyston Road, which will connect to existing and improved footpath network to allow the community to safely access schools, public transport, local services and facilities by walking and cycling rather than by private car.
