Our development at Lumloch View is located in the well-connected area of Robroyston, 5 miles from Glasgow city centre. 

Our proposal includes 300 homes of 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedrooms in a range of styles, meeting the needs of a wide range of families. Lumloch view will benefit from quality outdoors areas, including extensive green and a large central play area along with formal sport pitches to the east of the development all promoting an active community life. 

These outdoors areas are linked by footpath and cycling routes across the development and connect to nearby bus stops in Auchinairn Road and Brookfield Drive.

The Robroyston Park and Ride facility is located 1.5 miles from the neighbourhood. From here, regular train services connect with Glasgow city centre.

The development plans to provide around 300 new homes with a mix of styles to appeal to a wide range of buyers which will be within an attractive landscape setting.

The development will provide generous public open space connected by green networks that include new pedestrian and cycle links, as well as pocket parks and an equipped play area for the enjoyment of the new and existing community. There will also be the provision of a new community space as well as the associated infrastructure required for a development of this scale.

In addition, through engagement with the Community Council, approximately 0.9 hectares of land at Briarcroft will be transferred from Taylor Wimpey to the community. This will help facilitate a range of new community uses including a garden, exercise area and memorial. We have also agreed to provide safe crossing points over Robroyston Road, which will connect to existing and improved footpath network to allow the community to safely access schools, public transport, local services and facilities by walking and cycling.

Lumloch View will offer an impressive range of 2 and 3 bedroom semi-detached and terrace homes as well as 4 and 5 bedroom detached homes.

Our homes have been designed with a mixture of white render and stone brickwork. The varied positioning of the homes provides enhanced character and an easy place to find your way around.

The development has been designed with the community in mind. Its emphasis on landscape, the sizing of the play areas, and the provision of extensive footpath links, will all promote community life.

Lumloch View has also been designed to create a sense of place and maximises the latest Scottish Government Planning Policy for Designing Streets.

We understand that any new development will have an impact on the existing community and we have carefully considered this within our proposals.

We have agreed to provide three safe crossing points over Robroyston Road and Lumloch Road, which will connect to existing and improved footpath network to allow the community to safely access schools, public transport, local services and facilities by walking and cycling. A financial contribution of c.£55k towards the Park and Ride at Robroyston will further benefit the connectivity of the community. There will also be the provision of a new community space as well as the associated infrastructure required for a development of this scale.
