In addition, through engagement with the Community Council, approximately 0.9 hectares of land at Briarcroft will be transferred from Taylor Wimpey to the community. This will help facilitate a range of new community uses including a garden, exercise area and memorial. We have also agreed to provide safe crossing points over Robroyston Road, which will connect to existing and improved footpath network to allow the community to safely access schools, public transport, local services and facilities by walking and cycling.

We have progressed our development at Lumloch View by submitting a AMSC (Approval of Matters Specified in Conditions) application to Glasgow City Council. The application is currently under discussions with the local authority. We have also progressed matters related to the roundabout access from Robroyston Road, and we have been granted consent to build this access.
