We're so confident in our service that we welcome Truspilot Reviews from all customers. Listening to your feedback and making sure you're happy helps us improve our service and allows us to continue leading the industry.
The people in the office at Titan Wharf especially Jodie have been amazing - so supportive and kind. I moved in with my son as a single parent and it was a very emotional journey and the people in the office were so supportive. In terms of providing post move Alex the assistant site manager and Nathan and then Joe have been brilliant inspecting and fixing snags - the level of customer support is outstanding and I would recommend to anyone buying a house on Titan Wharf.
Please forgive me don't recall all names but Jodie, Sam and all the team involved were great. It was our best decision to chose you guys!
This is the third Taylor Wimpey home we have purchased couldn't fault them.
We support Stourbridge Glass Museum Festive Bauble Workshop
We have donated £500 towards materials for Stourbridge Glass Museum’s Christmas Bauble Workshop, helping to support a festive family experience while raising vital funds to help preserve the region’s world-renowned glassmaking heritage.
The Santa’s Winter Wonderland Workshop offered visitors of all ages the chance to step into the magic of Christmas. Each ticket included a visit to Santa, a free festive drink, and the opportunity to design and decorate a handmade glass bauble, crafted by Allister Malcolm Glass and his team. Every bauble is unique, becoming even more special through personal decoration and engraving.
The £500 donation went towards covering the costs of the materials, ensuring that more of the proceeds from the workshop would go to Stourbridge Glass Museum and aid them in their mission to preserve the area’s historic glassmaking tradition for future generations.
Helen Chard, Sales and Marketing Director at Taylor Wimpey North Midlands, said: “As part of us building at Titan Wharf, we are only too aware of Stourbridge Glass Museum and its festive workshop, and are grateful to have had the opportunity to support them on the lead up to Christmas. The museum plays an important role in celebrating local craftsmanship and history, and we’re proud to have contributed to an event that brings families together and supports such a valuable cultural institution in the town.”
We’ve provided RG Wilbrey with a defibrillator for the benefit of the local community.
A special ceremony took place to install a defibrillator at the R.G Wilbrey headquarters, which is situated just outside Wolverhampton city centre.Having partnered with R.G Wilbrey on different projects over the years, we donated the defibrillator and its casing to mark their 60th anniversary.
To commemorate the occasion, a plaque was also unveiled at Wilbrey's offices on Aspen House, Great Brickkiln Street, with representatives of the Wolves Foundation also present.
We donated gardening equipment to a nearby outdoor learning school
For Children’s Gardening Week, The Fine Collective CIC received a donation from Taylor Wimpey North Midlands to support its Green Fingers Growing Programme at Rufford Primary School.
National Children’s Gardening Week takes place annually in the ‘warm’ week towards the end of May as a great way for children to get stuck in and to see speedy results.
Taylor Wimpey North Midlands gifted a £250 donation to The Fine Collective dedicated to new gardening equipment and resources for children to use during the warmer months.
Ruth Hill, Director at The Fine Collective, said: “Children’s Gardening Week is a great campaign and we’re really grateful to Taylor Wimpey for its kind donation. The pupils were really excited to receive the new gardening equipment and we can’t wait to get stuck in to create a wonderful garden to enjoy.”
Helen Chard, Sales and Marketing Director at Taylor Wimpey North Midlands, said: “We’re delighted to have made this donation to The Fine Collective for Children’s Gardening Week. At Taylor Wimpey, we’re always keen to encourage a connection with nature from a young age and campaigns such as Children’s Gardening Week are vital for teaching children about the environment.
