Salden Place Masterplan
In time, Salden Place will grow with further phases of homes, schools, sports pitches and many more amenities to enjoy. This overall master plan gives the opportunity to explore what you can expect from the development in the coming years.
Nature and biodiversity will thrive across the development thanks to our plans for ample green open space, ecological areas and landscaping that provides shelter for insects and animals. Bird boxes and hedgehog highways would also be installed across the development to help preserve and enhance wildlife.
Thanks to its excellent connectivity, Salden Place West is within easy reach of the centre of Milton Keynes, with plenty of amenities and attractions for convenience and family days out. For commuters, an 11 minute drive to Milton Keynes Central Station offers direct rail travel to London, and the development is also situated just off the A421 with links to Buckingham and the M1.

We sponsor Tattenhoe Youth FC
We have sponsored Tattenhoe Youth U9s Lionesses football team, providing young players with high-quality kits and rain jackets for this season.
As local grassroots football club, Tattenhoe Youth FC are now a two-star accredited club with 32 teams of U7 to U18 who train at Tattenhoe Park in Milton Keynes. Tattenhoe Youth FC are dedicated to helping children develop skills, build friendships, and have fun playing football.
Fiona Lloyd, Sales and Marketing Director at Taylor Wimpey South Midlands, said: “We are thrilled to support Tattenhoe Youth U9s Lionesses with their new matchday kits and rain jackets. Grassroots football plays such an important role in establishing a strong sense of belonging across the local community, while supporting the development of young athletes.
“This sponsorship also continues our support for local sports, as this follows our sponsorship for MK Dons, Cheyanna Norman, who proudly opened our new Salden Place East development in September 2025.
“We hope the young Lionesses enjoy their new kits and we wish them the best of luck this season!”
We raise thousands for charity at annual awards dinner
We hosted our annual Subcontractor Awards on 7th March 2025, as a thank you to our contractors, suppliers and consultants and to also raise money for charity. In total, the raffle and auction held at the event raised £13,455 which was split between the our chosen charities for the year: Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY) and Willen Hospice.CRY, based in Leatherhead, Surrey, aims to prevent cardiac deaths in young people through awareness, screening and research. This includes testing around 30,000 young people each year to screen for undiagnosed heart conditions and prevent complications and potentially fatal cardiac arrests from heart defects that have gone unnoticed. The charity also funds a world-renowned research centre in London and a unique Bereavement Support Network for those affected by the devastation of a sudden cardiac death in a young person. The money raised for CRY is being ringfenced for use across Milton Keynes, ensuring it stays local and directly supports the local community.
Dr Steven Cox, CEO Executive of CRY, said: “As CRY receives no government funding, our nationwide screening programme is only possible because of the backing CRY receives from families, local communities and the generosity of businesses across the UK (such as the team at Taylor Wimpey, South Midlands). This incredible support enables us to provide this service free to the public.
“These services are so important, and I’d like to give a huge thank you to everyone at Taylor Wimpey South Midlands who took part in the quiz night which has led to over £6,000 being raised! Every penny and pound raised really does make a difference to our ongoing mission of saving young lives and we’re always so grateful for the efforts of both individuals and companies who choose to support CRY.”
Anita Crombet-Beolens, Willen at Home Clinical Nurse Specialist, said: “Last year our Willen at Home team supported 734 patients in their own homes. It’s an incredibly vital service within Milton Keynes, and one that is entirely funded by charitable donations. We are grateful to Taylor Wimpey for their generosity, which will help me and my team to continue caring for our patients in the community.”
Fiona Lloyd, Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey South Midlands, added: “We are delighted to support CRY and Willen Hospice with these donations. Both of these charities provide essential, life changing services to people across the region.”

Local investment
A home is more than just a house, it’s also about the community that surrounds it. And that’s why we invest in building communities that support local businesses, improve facilities in the area and help bring people together.
As part of the entire Salden Place redevelopment, we’ll be contributing over £44.1m to the local community through Section 106 obligations. These include but are not limited to:
Welcome to the neighbourhood
If you're looking for a place to put down roots for your family for the future in buzzing and well connected Milton Keynes, then Salden Place is the perfect place to settle.
Following the launch of Salden Place West, this opposite side of the development will eventually join up and provide further homes as well as a community orchard, further play areas for children and employment area. Our homes have been carefully designed to suit modern lifestyles and have attractive facades that sympathetically reflect the architecture of Milton Keynes.
We have been building new homes in Milton Keynes for many years now, and currently have another one of our developments nearby (Bronze Park) and find that our customers love the location along with the knowledge that they are buying from a reputable house builder. Salden Place will continue this trend for the next generation of purchasers.
