To support the growing community in Bursledon we’ll be contributing £382,350 towards additional primary, secondary education places at local schools and £106,508 towards the maintenance and provision of open space facilities in the local area as part of our planning obligations.

We’ll also be providing 0.69 hectares of open space, creating a recreational area for all to enjoy.  Alongside this, our contributions to Eastleigh Borough Council will help to improve the local infrastructure.
