Every day's a school reunion at Crofton Grange
For Michael Nelson and his partner, Sarah Oldfield, moving out of a rented flat in Chesterfield was their first step on the property ladder.
With space and the sea air high on the couple’s wish list, they found Taylor Wimpey’s Crofton Grange development, in Blyth, ticked all the boxes.
Michael says: “It was actually my dad who first mentioned Taylor Wimpey to us. His colleague’s son had just bought a house here when we first started our hunt. He was really praising the quality of the homes, and so we just had to come and have a look.
“When we came to view the Fairfield 4 bedroom detached show home it was love at first sight! We were so impressed with the house and the staff. As we were walking around, I bumped into a couple of guys I went to school with, which is lovely - we’ve joked that our street name should be ‘Memory Lane’ and that it’s like having a mini school reunion every time we step out our front doors.”
The Fairfield detached home features a fully-fitted kitchen with spacious breakfast area with French doors to the rear garden, lounge and master bedroom with en suite shower room. The property is spacious for a young couple or for a growing family.
Michael continues: “The community feel was so strong here, and with appealing Easymover financial scheme we were able to use, the move was hassle free and was actually quite an enjoyable experience.
With Easymover, Taylor Wimpey helps the buyer to sell their existing property, liaising with estate agents and even covering the fees to make for a hassle-free move.
Michael concludes: “Sarah and I couldn’t be happier with our new home and keep singing the praises of the Taylor Wimpey team to everyone we meet!”
