    Bognor Regis to Barley Grange

    From Bognor Regis exit via High Street (out of town). At the end of High Street, take the third exit onto Upper Bognor Road. Take the first exit onto Felpham Way, the A259. Continue along the A259 following the signs for Brighton & Worthing, until the end of Littlehampton Road where, at the roundabout, you take the first exit onto Titnore Lane. Turn right onto Titnore Way (signposted Worthing Tennis and Squash Club). Follow the road to the roundabout, take the first exit off the roundabout onto Fulbeck Avenue and the destination is straight ahead.

    Brighton to Barley Grange

    Leave Brighton on the A270/A27, eastbound. Turn right onto the A293 Shoreham Bypass. Continue along taking the A2032 towards Worthing. At the end of Old Shoreham Road take the second exit onto Upper Brighton Road. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Broadwater Street and then turn right onto S Farm Road. Then at the roundabout, take the second exit onto Poulters Lane. At the next roundabout, take the second exit onto Littlehampton Road then the third exit onto Yeoman Road. At the final roundabout, take the first exit onto Romany Road and then take the second exit onto Fulbeck Avenue and the destination is straight ahead.

    Beata and Hannes find their dream family home at Barley Grange

     The 'Shelford' is perfect for the Schoeman's growing family

    In preparation for a new addition to their family, Beata and Hannes Schoeman decided they wanted to move to a more spacious home, and their search was over when they discovered Barley Grange in West Durrington, Sussex.

    Now that they’ve welcomed their newborn daughter Maya, the couple and their six-year-old daughter Julia are all enjoying life in their brand new four-bedroom detached ‘Shelford’ housetype at Barley Grange, where they have lived since spring 2016.

    “As we were having another baby we decided we wanted somewhere with more space,” says Beata. “We looked around at different houses for a long time and we were very particular about what we wanted, but the properties at Barley Grange were too good to miss!”

    The couple relocated from their former three-bedroom new-build home in Haywards Heath and into their dream house at Barley Grange.

     “We decided on a new-build because you don’t experience the same problems you often have with an older property – we wanted a better quality of life for our family and with a new house we felt more comfortable,” explains Beata.

    “These homes are very sturdy and the ‘Shelford’ is a great-value property – it was everything we were looking for within our budget and there was nothing else of that size for the same price on the market.”

    The couple used the Help to Buy initiative to purchase their new home.

     “The Help to Buy scheme has been great and everything went really smoothly,” continues Beata. “We also used the scheme when purchasing our previous property, so we knew it would be useful for us.  

    “The entire experience with Taylor Wimpey has been amazing and Tracey the Sales Executive has been a star from the beginning – she’s always so friendly and patient and very knowledgeable.

    “Carl the Site Manager has also been fantastic. He talked us through everything with the house and always made us feel welcome and answered our queries. They’ve made it very special for us and they’ve helped make it happen.”

    Now that they have settled into their new home, the family is enjoying their new life at Barley Grange.

    Beata adds: “We couldn’t wish for more – we love all the extra space. Our home has four double bedrooms and a really big garden, which is ideal.

    “The development as a whole is wonderful. There’s a real sense of spaciousness, whereas with other developments the houses often feel on top of one another or very close together.

    “We have a beautiful area of land outside the front of our home with trees and water and all of the houses look really good quality – I’ve never lived in such a warm house before!

    “We’re really enjoying it here and love our new home. The build quality is brilliant and the customer service we received was excellent, so we couldn’t have asked for more.”
