Commercial

We take pride in being a good employer, protecting the environment and giving something back to the communities we work in.

We create places that bring people together

Each new community is designed to be easy to live in. We consider how you’ll access local amenities and facilities like shops and schools, whether they’re part of the new or existing community. Green spaces and parks are often used to encourage pedestrians and cyclists to explore surroundings, and help community spirit thrive.

Investing in the areas where we build.

We build amenities and facilities as early as possible in the development process, so you can feel at home as quickly as possible.

In 2024 we invested £345 million in local communities to fund improvements and build new facilities, creating places where people want to live.

Our build quality is industry leading

We’re proud to have the highest average NHBC Construction Quality Review score of any major housebuilder in the country for the second year in a row.* Construction Quality Reviews (CQR) are independent site-based reviews of the construction quality of new build homes, carried out by an NHBC construction quality specialist at 38 different stages of build.

Our team also carries out detailed quality checks on each and every one of our homes to ensure your new home is exactly as you expect from the moment you walk through the door.

What’s more, 62 of our site managers received NHBC Pride in the Job Quality Awards in 2024, recognising their commitment to building homes of the highest quality.

Scope of Works

The following Scope of Works documents are sectioned in to each trade and should be read in conjunction with all other contract documentation.

Our intention for this section is to allow our key partners the access to key Taylor Wimpey documentation. This will allow us to amend and upload documents at the earliest opportunity, ensuring our trades get the latest information quicker, ensuring a smooth and efficient build and tender process.
