Couple find the perfect location at Bryanston Holt
Carl Deacon (43), a Bathroom Showroom Manager, and his partner, Stephen Bell (42), a Manufacturing Team Member, had been living in Stephen’s two-bedroom terraced house in Trowbridge when they decided they wanted to purchase their first home together. Wanting to be closer to the coast, as well as family and friends, they found their ideal home at our Bryanston Holt development in Lower Bryanston.

The couple chose a two-bedroom Beaford house type for their new home. Carl said: “We loved the open-plan layout of the downstairs, the large "lootility" room, and the generously sized double bedrooms.”
