Location was a key factor for the couple. Dilara said: “Being close to the M25 was also really important for us. Having the A13 nearby is also so convenient and everything is easy to reach by car, which suits us perfectly. Bluewater Shopping Centre is one of our favourite places, so the fact it’s on our doorstep was a real highlight for us.”
From their first visit, the couple were drawn to the development. Dilara said: “We really liked the feel of Knights Reach straightaway. It’s cosy and well thought out, and just felt like somewhere we could see ourselves living. Compared to other developments we’d visited, it stood out immediately.”
The couple chose the two bedroom Beaford design after searching for a home that offered the right balance of space. “We didn’t want anything too big or too small,” Dilara said. “We both work full-time, so we needed a home that was practical as well as comfortable. The Beaford felt perfect for us as a small family.”
Since moving in, the couple have made the most of their new home. Dilara said: “We especially love our garden and utility room; it’s such a useful space because it helps us keep everything organised in one place, and it always gets a great reaction when people see it. The solar panels are another big plus, and we’ve definitely noticed the difference in our energy bills.”
Choosing a new build was an easy decision for the couple. Dilara explained: “We’d just got married and wanted a smooth, stress free move. We loved the idea of having a blank canvas that we could truly make our own, without the hassle of renovating an older property. We’re really glad we went for it, and we’d definitely choose Taylor Wimpey again in the future.”
