Downsizers find their forever home at Half Penny Meadows

Carol and David made the move into the two-bedroom Pendleton bungalow, perfect for their family. David told us: “We chose the Pendleton bungalow as we loved the size of the spacious lounge, and the kitchen-diner. The home feels very welcoming, and we love the nice garden view.”

Carol added: “We love our new home, it was clean and cozy to move into. We have a great-sized garden that we are enjoying with our new rescue dog, Oreo.”

Carol and David told us about their buying journey with Taylor Wimpey, David said: “Our buying journey was made very easy thanks to the efforts of Alison, Sam and Eloy, who could not have been more helpful. 

“All of the workmen have also been very friendly and helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Taylor Wimpey."

Now settled into Half Penny Meadows, Carol and David are enjoying their time at home. Carol told us: “Half Penny Meadows is so lovely, and we love driving through the development. Everything is clean and tidy with lots of green spaces, play areas and lovely dog walks. When I walk through the front door, everything is bright, clean and tidy, so you can just sit back and relax.”
