After renting a flat in Bletchley, Vijay and Revathi decided they were ready to put down roots in their first family home together. After visiting Taylor Wimpey’s Salden Place development, they both agreed it felt like the perfect place to call home.

Vijay told us: “We wanted to find a new home nearby to our previous flat, and found that Salden Place felt more convenient for us as a family.”

The perfect home for their family

Vijay and Revathi made the move into the four-bedroom Tewksdale, designed with plenty of space for the whole family. Revathi told us: “As a family, we choose the Tewksdale home due to the size of the home and spacious rooms, including the living room and kitchen. We love our downstairs space, with large windows looking into the garden. Upstairs, my husband and I both have our own offices in our home and a guest room, which has been lovely.”

Vijay added: “Since we were looking for our first home, we decided to go with a new build due to the ease that comes with moving in.”

When asked about their first impression of Salden Place and their buying experience, Revathi told us: “We felt so welcomed by the sales team at Salden Place upon our first visit, which really made it feel like the perfect place to call home.

“Our buying journey was easy, everything was clearly planned and communicated by the incredible sales team, especially Jay. The team helped us pick the best property within our budget and stayed with us through every step.”

Now settled into their Tewksdale at Salden Place, Revathi said:
“We are very happy with our new home and thoroughly enjoying Newton Longville. As a family, our favourite thing about Salden Place is the location. We feel so at home, and it is such a calm and quiet development which we really love and appreciate.”
