Family secure their dream home thanks to our Part Exchange scheme
Meet Joanne and Joe Ford, proud parents of two daughters, and a dog, Sonny. For many years, the family longed to live at Poppyfield Green in Trimley St Martin and finally their dream came true thanks to our Part Exchange scheme.

Joanne explains their journey, "I used to work opposite the Poppyfield Green development where I spent many days watching the site take shape. I dreamt that one day my family and I could live there as we loved the unique appearance of the houses, and we loved the size of the development.
"Last year, we decided that our first home together was no longer suitable as we needed more space for our growing family. We decided to make the move and put our house on the market, but the process became incredibly draining due to no one putting an offer in our home, and so we lost hope."
Joanne and Joe were told about our Part Exchange scheme and were keen to find out more, "We viewed the three-bedroom Kingdale and were told about the Part Exchange scheme and we were blown away! We fell in love with the home and the scheme sounded like a perfect fit."

The family are loving life in their new home, "We've been in our home for almost a month now and we absolutely love it.
