When asked about their first impressions of Weston Gate, Jake said: "We were both very fond of the appearance of each home and amazed by the quality of the showhome which, from that moment on, we knew that Taylor Wimpey was going to deliver us our perfect first home. The couple purchased a one bedroom apartment at Weston Gate, Madeline said: "Taylor Wimpey gave us the chance to sit down with an expert and go through our options. We were able to choose our tiles, carpets, work surfaces, flooring and the rest of the finishes throughout the apartment. Our apartment benefits from open plan living, a big bedroom and a large balcony which was ideal for us."
When asked about the sales process, Jake said: "When we first met with the Site Manager, he was knowledgeable and we never felt rushed, even after all of our questions. In the negotiation stage, they were so quick to come back to us and maintained strong communication throughout. From the moment we first visited Weston Gate right through to the completion dates, Taylor Wimpey has been brilliant and everybody we have dealt with has held our hand and gone through any queries we had. I would certainly recommend buying a property from them to friends."
Now that they've settled into their new home, Madeline shared their favourite things about the development: "We absolutely love the small, friendly feel of Weston Gate. After exploring the local pubs and places to eat, we have begun a life here, and are over the moon with our choice. The market town of Hitchin is somewhere we are thrilled to call home and all our friends and family have sung its praises when they come to visit."
