Finding the perfect place to call home

After living in a one-bedroom rented home, couple Diddle (35) and Litty (34) decided to take the leap and buy their first home at Hampden Fields West.

Diddle told us: “We made the move as Litty could transfer her job to the nearby hospital. We are looking forward to watching the development grow with the opening of a local centre and amenities. Diddle and Litty made the move into a family-friendly three-bedroom Eynsford. Litty told us: “We chose the Eynsford home because of the thoughtfully designed floorplan with open living space. We also loved the view from our property, which is an outstanding part of our home.”

We asked why the couple chose a new build home, and Diddle told us: “We wanted less maintenance and the peace of mind of warranty covered. We also liked the future-proof facilities like solar panels, EV charging and triple glazing.”

Litty added: “The best part of our buying journey was selecting the options and finally getting the keys to our new home.”
