Growing family makes the move to Hadley Grange

After living in a three-bedroom home in Dunstable, married couple Katie and Luke decided to move their growing family to Hadley Grange. Katie said: “We chose Hadley Grange for its excellent schools, attractive house designs, great transport links, and strong sense of community.

We also love the flow of the layout, which allows you to move easily throughout the ground floor.
“We love hosting, so the open-plan kitchen-diner was a major selling point for us. The dining area is large enough to double as an additional family space, which works perfectly with a young child.”
The Marford home has an additional room downstairs, a perfect space for an at-home office or playroom, or in Katie and Luke’s case, a combination. The couple told us: “We use the extra room as a combined study and playroom. It’s spacious enough to comfortably serve both purposes without feeling cluttered.”

Now settled into Hadley Grange at Clipstone Park, Katie and Luke are enjoying their time at home. Katie told us: “We absolutely love our new home. It’s significantly more spacious than our previous property, and it’s made a huge difference to our day-to-day life. It’s the perfect family home for our daughter, and with another baby due in the summer, it feels ideal for our growing family.”
Luke added: “We love coming back to what truly feels like our first “proper” family home. It’s much more spacious and better laid out than our previous property, which makes everyday living so much easier.”
