David previously lived in a Taylor Wimpey home at Etling View and decided to downsize to a bungalow, "I bought my house at Etling View about seven years ago and I was very happy with it and actually had no intention to move.
"I was taking a walk around the development and noticed that Taylor Wimpey was building a new development called Etling Grove which is adjacent to my home. I found out that they were building a few bungalows on the development and after seeing the plans I was amazed!"
David opted for a two-bedroom bungalow, perfect for low-maintenance living. He explains his move was seamless thanks to the Easymover scheme offered by Taylor Wimpey: "The sales team at Etling Grove were fantastic, they suggested that I use the Easymover scheme to purchase my property. So, I put my home on the market with a local estate agent and Taylor Wimpey reserved the bungalow for me. They also paid my estate agent fees and handled any communication with my solicitor, which was a huge relief!"
