Finding the perfect home at Bingham Gate
Jason Feddersen, 51, recently moved to Bingham Gate where he now lives in a three bedroom Gosford home.
Previously living in the village of Bothamsall, Jason relocated to Bingham for health reasons and to be closer to essential amenities. He explained: “I needed to be near shops, public transport and the medical centre - Bingham offered everything I was looking for."
Jason was immediately drawn to the layout of the development. “I loved the open spaces, the well-connected footpaths and the variety of homes throughout – it felt really well thought out from the moment I arrived.”
Jason enjoys regular visits from his two daughters, Ashley, 16, and Emily, 13, and the Gosford’s clever use of space suits their family setup perfectly. He shared: “Even though it’s a smaller home, it never feels cramped – it’s surprisingly spacious. The kitchen is my favourite part; there’s plenty of cupboard space, and the built-in appliances are a real bonus.”
He added: “It suits my lifestyle perfectly – it’s really easy to heat in the winter and doesn’t take hours to clean, which I love.”
When deciding to buy, energy efficiency and peace of mind were key priorities. Jason explained: “I wanted to avoid the hassle of renovations, or worrying about old boilers and radiators. A new build just made sense – and I really value how energy-efficient it is.”
Reflecting on his buying experience, he said: “I’ve been thrilled with the level of service from start to finish and the aftercare and support since moving in has been brilliant.”
Now settled into life in Bingham, Jason is enjoying everything the local area has to offer. “It’s got everything I need for a comfortable lifestyle, and the A52 and A46 make getting to work really easy.”
He added: “My experience with Taylor Wimpey has been nothing but positive. I’ve always felt listened to, everything has been well documented and followed up. It’s been really refreshing.”
