Belhaven Way will deliver 245 new homes, 25% of which will be affordable. The scope of private new homes includes two bedroom apartments, as well as two, three, four and five bedroom homes. The affordable properties will comprise a mix of one and two bedroom apartments, one and two bedroom cottage flats as well as two bedroom terraced homes. 

This impressive development represents our continued and significant investment in the local area by Taylor Wimpey East Scotland, and will include a range of community benefits on the conclusion of a Section 75 Agreement with East Lothian Council. One of the community benefits that we will contribute towards is the creation of a new underpass under the East Coast mainline to provide further connectivity to the surrounding development and Dunbar town centre. This will be delivered by the Council.
