He continued: “As this was our first home we also knew we wanted a new-build because of the high spec of the home, guarantee of quality and the ten-year warranty. We ended up choosing Taylor Wimpey because the size, quality and finish of the Midford house type was very high.”
The Midford is a three-bedroom semi-detached home.
Speaking about their new home, Sian added: “We love our new home as it has a separate lounge and kitchen, in addition to its own garage. Our favourite feature is - oddly to some - the hallway, after living in and around London for so long, the idea of having a dedicated entrance from your living space feels really special. We have also added two new furry additions - a cat and a dog - to our family, something that wouldn't have been possible in rented accommodation in London.”
Sian also looked back on the service from Taylor Wimpey during the buying process, saying: “The buying process was excellent, which was important as it is probably the most money you’ll ever spend on a single purchase.
“We hadn’t ever bought a house before and Taylor Wimpey made it very straightforward for us.”
