We give students the chance to take part in 'spooktacular' Halloween canvas competition
Students at Active Kids in Darlington have been busy creating spooky designs, as part of our Creepy Canvas design competition.
The competition, hosted by our North Yorkshire team, invited students aged 5-14 to to take part in a 'spooktacular' Halloween canvas competition.
Children at Active Kids entered their eye-catching drawings for the judges, with Mia Appleby selected as the winner. Mia’s picture was crowned as the spookiest design and received an Amazon gift voucher to congratulate her for her creepy creation.
The playscheme, situated near to our Berrymead Gardens development, is a seasonal activity club located at Mowden Junior School, which offers a range of arts and crafts activities, as well as sports and educational trips during the school holidays.
Michael Hillary of Active Kids said: “We are thrilled to be involved in Taylor Wimpey’s Creepy Canvas competition. The competition was a fantastic activity to host which allowed our students to unleash their creativity this Halloween.”
