The couple shared their favourite aspects of their new home, highlighting the apartment’s cosy yet sociable layout as a huge bonus.
Ian said: “We love our open plan kitchen; it's great for hosting guests with plenty of counter top space to place food and drinks. The layout of the apartment is well thought out and it has a real cosy feel, which we love.”
“We chose to live at Lancaster Square because of its close proximity to South Ruislip station and the abundance of shops around, furthermore, we have our own dedicated parking space with an electric charger within reach.”
Our “patient” and “professional” customer service helped make the couples switch to West London as comfortable as possible.
Ian said: “As Sylvia is self employed, there were a few extra documents that needed to be sorted but Taylor Wimpey were very patient with us and checked in on us when necessary.
“A special mention must be said about the sales team who were excellent and very professional with us. They always tried to understand our motivations for moving down to West London and to see if they could work out a deal to find a suitable plot according to our budget - and they did.”
